At SWAY, we want you to love your beauty routine; if a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
